Sunrise – Practice range opens
7:00 AM – Registration tables open
7:45 AM – Archery courses open
9:00 am to 3:00 pm – Vendor area open
3:00 pm – Courses close (those still shooting can finish their round)
4:00 pm – Balloon Shoot, Milk Jug Shoot, and Poker Shoot & scorecard deadline for competitive archers
Immediately After Games– Kifaru Happy Hour

SUNDAY, JULY 26

Sunrise – Practice range opens
7:00 AM – Courses Open
9:00 am to 2:00 pm – Vendor area open
1:30 pm – Courses close (those still shooting can finish their round)
2:00 pm – Scorecard deadline for competitive archers
2:30 pm - ASA Shootdown (Top 5 Scores)
3:00 pm– Award ceremony and general raffle
4:00 pm – All archers off of the course & teardown begins
